This site tracks nothing. A brief you send goes to two inboxes.
No analytics, no cookies, no tracking pixels. The pages are static files served by Cloudflare, which keeps ordinary server logs for its own security purposes. We do not read them and we do not add to them.
The brief. When you send the form, its contents are relayed by Resend, an email service, to [email protected]. It lands in the inboxes of the two of us, Sebastian and Andres, and nowhere else. We keep it as long as the conversation lasts; write to the same address and we delete it.
Bolty. Bolty, the guide on Ask Bolty, is AI. What you type there, with your last two questions and its answers, goes to TypeSafe, whose model checks that the question is about Bolted, and to Anthropic, whose model writes the answer. Neither uses it to train their models, and each keeps it only as its own terms allow. We do not keep it: the site notes that a question was answered and how long it took, never the words. Please type nothing personal or confidential.
The Reach launch list. An address you leave for Reach is relayed the same way, to the same two inboxes, so we can write once when it launches. Nothing else is sent to it, and one email deletes it.
Projects. Device logs, test data and anything else from your product stay inside the environment you give us access to, under your agreements.
Your rights. Access, correction and deletion of anything we hold about you: one email to [email protected], answered within one working day. We are based in San Francisco and Palma, so European data rights apply to the Palma side in full.
