Truthdots
A private hives diary for iPhone. Two taps a day make the day's dot, and the dots add up to a report a doctor can read in a minute.
One dot a day. The dots add up.
Truthdots is a private diary for chronic hives on iPhone. Once a day, two taps, how many hives and then how itchy, make the day's dot, scored 0 to 6. Seven dots add up to the week's UAS7, the score specialists use to follow the condition, and a short report made on the phone goes to the doctor. There is no account, and nothing leaves the phone unless you send it.
Two taps on the worst day.
Seven dots, one score.
Each day scores 0 to 6, and seven days add up to the UAS7, from 0 to 42. A week gets its label only when all seven days are logged.
Hand it over.
Three months fit on two printed pages, made on the iPhone. The report goes only where you send it.
Months, not memories.
The calendar keeps every day: calm ones pale, hard ones deep.

| Platform | iPhone, iOS 17 or later. In development; not yet in TestFlight. |
| Stack | Swift, SwiftUI, SwiftData. The diary stays on the phone and in its own backup; the report goes only where you send it. |
| Note | A diary, not a medical device. Truthdots does not diagnose or treat. UAS7 is a patient-reported score; a clinician interprets it. |
