Video chat that starts before anyone explains it. No login, no email, no time limit, twelve people, and everyone can share a screen at once.
The idea
A room, not an account.
Make a link, send it, talk. No waiting room, no sign-up, no "the host will let you in soon". We built it to test a rule of ours, a whole product in three weeks, and it is still running.
The hard part
Twelve streams on a laptop from 2019.
Every person's laptop has to play eleven other videos at once. The layout, the video quality and who gets the big tile are decided frame by frame from the connection people actually have, not the one the demo had.
